The friendly reception staff, especially Lorenzo and Daniela, went above and beyond, assisting with every inquiry and offering recommendations for local dining gems. The added perk of early check-in and affordable parking was definitely appreciated. With a tasty breakfast to start my day and a convenient location just a tram ride away from the city center, my experience exceeded expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of comfort and hospitality during their travels!
